Jacksonville Communications Center in Jacksonville, AR , near Little Rock, is conducting the 9-1-1 Manager National Certification Program series, beginning with Course 1  9-1-1 PSAP Management November 15^th- November 17^th 2010.

The purpose of this 9-1-1 Manager National Certification Program is to prepare an individual who desires to become certified with the knowledge, skills and experience necessary for the management of a 9-1-1 center while earning the title of a certified professional. 

Upon completion of each course, the participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance.  Upon completion of the entire series of the 9-1-1 Manager Certification Program, the participant will be awarded the prestigious “Certified 9-1-1 Manager” certificate . Courses can be taken in any order at anytime; there is no time expiration for completing the course series. Courses will be held again throughout the year at various locations.
